Troopers: Teens arrested after urinating in Wasilla fast food drive-thru

WASILLA -- Two teenagers who relieved themselves outside a Wasilla Taco Bell got their early-morning food run interrupted by the Alaska State Troopers.

Patrol troopers spotted two boys standing outside a silver 2001 Audi sedan urinating in the Taco Bell's drive-through lane at 6:19 a.m. Sunday, according to a release posted Monday. The restaurant is near the Target store at the intersection of the Palmer-Wasilla and Parks highways.

Troopers contacted the pair and found a total of six juveniles in the car, including 17-year-old driver Tare R. Choi of Anchorage, they said. Investigation revealed that Choi was driving while impaired by alcohol and he was arrested for driving under the influence, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol and two other charges.

The two teens spotted doing their business in the drive-through were charged with minor consuming and second-degree indecent exposure. Two other teens in the car were charged with minor consuming; one teen apparently hadn't been drinking.

The group was released to a parent on scene with a court date set for later, troopers said.
