Winger Tim Wallace of Anchorage, who owns 101 games of NHL experience with four different clubs, headed to Sweden this season, where he delivered a strong season for a struggling team.
Wallace, 29, led Orebro of the Swedish Hockey League in goals and points with 15-17--32 totals and a +1 rating in 55 games.
That ranked Wallace 32nd in the league in points.
Orebro finished 11th in the 12-team SHL.
Wallace is an eighth-year pro who has played for the NHL's Pittsburgh Penguins, New York Islanders, Tampa Bay Lightning and Carolina Hurricanes.
