Senior center Matt Bailey, who since season's end has signed an NHL deal with the Anaheim Ducks and made his pro debut with their American Hockey League farm team, the Norfolk Admirals, on Sunday was named UAA's MVP at the team's annual awards banquet.
Bailey racked 20-18--38 totals in 38 games to earn career highs in all three scoring categories and lead the Seawolves in scoring.
Juniors Derek Docken and Austin Coldwell shared the first Defensive Player of the Year award and defenseman Chase Van Allen was Rookie of the Year.
