Man, Columbus Blue Jackets center Brandon Dubinsky of Anchorage -- and a former Ace! -- is grooving the Stanley Cup playoffs.
Dubinsky tonight had the game-tying goal in the last minute of regulation -- insert your Marc-Andre Fleury puck-handling joke here -- and an assist in Columbus' 4-3 OT win over the Pittsburgh Penguins. Columbus rallied from a 3-0 deficit at home.
That gives Dubinsky at least one point in all four series games, and 1-5-6 totals and a +1 rating. Tonight, he had five shots and seven hits, and in the series he has delivered 29 hits and 17 shots on goal.
He's also steady in the face-off circles, winning exactly half his draws. Even his body language is strong -- he looks like he's having a blast. An intense blast, but a definite blast.
