Regarding Shannyn Moore's commentary in Sunday's ADN:
I am a lawyer and Air Force chaplain (retired). Apparently, the best explanation Mr. Parnell can concoct for not investigating claims of Guard cover-ups and more is, in effect, "How could I possibly investigate when those chaplains refused to provide details of who, when and where to substantiate their concerns?"
If the governor truly knows how seriously chaplains take their "vow of confidentiality," that fact should have lent even more credence to their concerns.
