The Fairbanks Ice Dogs on Saturday night earned the right to a shot at their second NAHL Robertson Cup in four seasons.
The Ice Dogs used 21 saves from Kevin Aldridge and goals from Lonnie Clary, Brett Gervais and Tayler Munson (empty net) for a 3-0 victory over the visiting Michigan Warriors. That gave Fairbanks a sweep of the best-of-3 semifinal series.
Fairbanks awaits the winner of Topeka-Austin, who today play a decisive Game 3 for the other berth in the best-of-3 Finals.
