Explore Anchorage's municipal park trails with an experienced cyclist. This is a chance to improve your riding skills and try some trails that are new to you. Bikes must be in good working condition, and organizers recommend taking your bike to a local shop for an annual inspection. Remembrance Day Ceili

The Irish Cultural Collective will sing songs of remembrance from Ireland and other nations. This event will be in the Celtic tradition, with ceili and set dances (similar to contra and square dances). Sausage/jerky class

Learn how to season meat blends and assemble sausage links by using a sausage stuffer and natural casings.
