The Cincinnati Cyclones today pulled within one win of reaching the ECHL Kelly Cup Finals for the third time in the last seven seasons with a 2-1 comeback win at Greenville in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Trevor Lewis bagged the game-tying, power play goal at 9:42 of the third period, Zach Budish followed with the game winner at 11:52 and Rob Madore stopped 29 shots to give the Cyclones a 3-2 edge in the best-of-7 series. Game 6 is Tuesday in Cincy.
The Cyclones, who are 7-2 in road games this postseason, won the Kelly Cup in 2010 and 2008.
