Where are the birds? We live in Midtown near Campbell Creek. Except for geese and ducks in a nearby pond and an occasional robin, it appears that all birds have vanished. Chickadees, nuthatches, redpolls, sparrows and other small birds, both year-round and seasonal residents, are nowhere to be seen. I have a few bird feeders in my yard, and they are always empty of users. I wonder if others have noted this avian no-show.
