LaPorte practices in the firm's Commercial Litigation group, where she represents companies and individuals in litigation matters, including regulatory and appellate practice. She focuses on protecting the interests of her clients and utilizing her experience and problem-solving abilities to help individuals and businesses avoid and resolve litigation and related issues.
She counsels clients on a broad range of issues related to complex civil litigation, e-discovery, natural resources, environmental law, government investigations, complicated financial and commercial disputes, and consumer products.
