The Aleutian Pribilof Island Community Development Association (APICDA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Pat Rogan to President of Cannon Fish Company (Cannon Fish), APICDA's sales and marketing company. Pat was the vice-president of retail sales for Cannon Fish and has extensive experience within the seafood industry. He replaces Pete Cannon, founder of Cannon Fish.
APICDA acquired Cannon Fish, a seafood value-added processing and marketing company based in Seattle, Wash, in August 2013. Cannon Fish was founded in 1991 by Pete Cannon. Cannon's vision was to provide the finest-quality seafood to restaurants and grocers at the most affordable prices. His inspiration was guided by other Pacific Northwest companies whose legacies were built on customer loyalty. Cannon Fish has a diverse customer base and an experienced marketing team with a solid base of existing accounts. Pete, who will become semi-retired, will remain connected to the company as a consultant.

APICDA's purchase of Cannon Fish completed APICDA's vertical integration as a seafood company that now responsibly harvests, processes and markets wild Alaska crab, pollock, cod, black cod, halibut and salmon from the Bering Sea and Pacific Ocean in a sustainable manner.
Pat will be responsible to carry on Pete's vision to simply provide the finest-quality seafood to our customers at the most affordable prices. He will continue to ensure that Cannon Fish's number-one product remains extraordinary customer service – Northwest and Alaska tradition!
