Richard Bailey recently joined Stephl Engineering LLC as a Civil Engineer EIT after graduating with the class of 2014 at University of Alaska Anchorage. Bailey's responsibilities at Stephl Engineering include design engineer on trenchless projects and construction inspector on the Bayshore water upgrade project. Russ Porter recently acquired his Alaska professional engineering license. He has worked at Stephl Engineering LLC for five years. His responsibilities include design engineer on trenchless projects including pipe lining and horizontal directional drilling. He is currently the construction inspection manager for the Anchorage landfill expansion project. Porter is a specialist in water main cured-in-place lining.
