Dimond 7, Chugiak 2
Dimond and Chugiak split their four singles matches Thursday, but the Lynx dominated in doubles to earn a 7-2 Cook Inlet Conference win at the Alaska Club East.
Dimond won all five doubles matches, including victories by the girls teams of Emily Carey/Piper Laudon and Abby Stahl/Lauren Cole, each of whom needed tiebreakers to get past their Chugiak opponents.

South swept all nine matches Thursday to take a 9-0 win over Eagle River in CIC tennis Thursday afternoon.
The Wolverines got individual wins from Joseph Hemry, Joseph Kemper, Shannon Chan and Shruti Vadapali, as well as doubles wins by Thomas Hanks/Alex Wong, Terek Rutherford/Brendan Hayhurst, Tyanna Baker/Zoe Flynn, Taylor Matthew/Rizka Aprilia and Thomas Johnson/Madie Webster.
