Dejha Canty scored 25 point and Nikki Forrey had nine points and 10 rebounds to lead the Dimond girls to a 68-51 win over Chapparal (Nevada) on Saturday in the opening game of the Gator Winter Classic in Henderson, Nevada.
The Lynx had the day off Sunday. They'll return to tournament action on Monday for a pair of games to complete pool play.
