UAA gymnast Simone Penker of Austria finished 14th in the all-around Monday at the World University Games in South Korea.
Penker, who will be a senior next season, has competed twice internationally for Austria in the last year.
Penker will compete in the vault finals Tuesday at the Games. She was an All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation all-arounder as a junior.
