An Anchorage jury has found a man guilty of sexually abusing a child.
The state Attorney General's office says jurors reached a verdict Wednesday, convicting Arthur Hapoff of sexual abuse of a minor. The trial lasted seven days.
Prosecutors say the 6-year-old victim was sexually assaulted in 2014.
Hapoff was previously convicted of an attempted sexual assault in 2003 and felony failure to register as a sex offender in 2013.
He faces 20 to 35 years in prison when he's sentenced on March 22.
