Alaska SPCA adoption of the week: Meet Kona

Dogblog note: Today and occasionally in the future, we'll be featuring an adoption from the Alaska SPCA. For more information on SPCA dogs, contact 907-344-3033 or adopt@alaskaspca.org.

Here's this week's adoption from the Alaska SPCA:

Meet Kona, a 10-year-old Karelian Bear Dog who is in search of a loving furever home.

A few great things about Kona is that she's very sweet and never pulls on her leash. This dog is always happy to see you but can be very shy in a new in environment. She would do amazing in a home where she can just kick back and be around her family. Kona is the type of dog that likes to be included in day-to-day activities. Some of Kona's favorite things to do is follow her nose and take long walks. She absolutely loves going outside and smelling the fresh snow.

This girl would love to come home with the right family. With and adoption fee of $175 this includes her MOA License Trupanion pet insurance free first 30 days, vaccines and microchip. Call 907-344-3033 for information.
