Zachary Macalino broke a tie with a penalty kick in the 25th minute and Chugiak downed Eagle River 3-0 Wednesday in a CIC boys soccer match at Eagle River.
The Mustangs added to their lead in the second half with goals from Tanner Chandler on a cross from Daniel Ogden and Jacob Morey off a cross into the box from Ethan Zaugg.
South girls 12, Bartlett 0
Jaidyn Kinneeveauk scored four goals, Megan Currier added four assists and a goal and the South girls soccer team defeated Bartlett 12-0 Wednesday in a Cook Inlet Conference soccer match at South.
The Wolverines booted nine goals in the second half.
