Anchorage Police seek missing woman, Mary Ann Alexie

The Anchorage Police Department (APD) is asking residents for help in locating 33-year-old Mary Ann Alexie, who has been reported missing in Anchorage.

Alexie is originally from Fairbanks but traveled to Anchorage to attend Alaska Career College. She has only been in Anchorage for a week.

Police have confirmed that Alexie arrived in Anchorage around Noon on Oct. 9, but she has not been heard from since Oct. 10 around 3 a.m. after speaking with friends over the phone. In that conversation, she mentioned that she was lost in Spenard, in midtown Anchorage, and did not know where to go.

Alexie is 4-feet-11-inches tall, weighing 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. If you have seen her or have any information on her whereabouts please contact APD.
