Could Anchorage have a lone wolf like Juneau's 'Romeo'?

Juneau residents may have lost Romeo, but KTVA-TV reports that Anchorage might be home to another urban-ish lone wolf. An avid Coastal Trail cyclist captured photographs of the animal, which appears to be a wolf unattached to a pack, one morning last week on the trail near Pt. Woronzoff, and he says several other trail users have seen it too. Fish and Game biologist Jessy Coltrane warns people to use common sense by staying alert for wildlife and keeping their distance if they spot any. Fish and Game plans to continue monitoring the area for the wolf. Read more and see a photo, here.
