Describe in one word those dazzling aurora above Arctic? (+video)

Geophysicists who forecast outer space weather at the University of Alaska predict decent aurora viewing for Interior Alaskans and farther north this week, with moderate displays of northern lights dancing across the night sky from Talkeetna north through to the Arctic Alaska North Slope oil fields.

Aurora displays are best seen at latitudes within or near a ring-shaped region encircling the North Pole that's called the Auroral Oval. This northern lights video (below) was recorded a few weeks ago at the southern tip of the oval and around the globe from Alaska, near Valhall, Norway.
