According to the Anchorage Daily News, Kodiak's Trevor Dunbar, one of the best Alaskan distance runners ever, won the 5,000-meter race at the USA Track and Field National Championships in Iowa on Thursday. The win gives Dunbar, who was the top seed, another chance to run against the best in the world, this time at the Junior World Championships next month in Canada. Read more, here.
