Arctic Comic Con Alaska

Enter a world of pop culture and cosplay this weekend. Arctic Comic Con Alaska is bringing panels full of actors, UFC champions, comic book writers, artists and creators, a cosplay contest, live music and more. $33-$103. 24-Hour Film Royal Screening & Award Ceremony 2018

Alaskan filmmakers wrote, filmed and edited five-minute films over the course of 24 hours. See the fruits of their labor this Saturday at the Bear Tooth Theatrepub. Awards will be given out for judges, audience and festival choice. Comedian Brian Posehn of FOX's "The Simpsons" and Comedy Central's "The Sarah Silverman Program" is coming to Anchorage.
