Notice is hereby given of the intent to forfeit the merchandise described below, which was seized in Anchorage, Alaska for violations of the laws of the United States. 20133195 000 11501 Notice is hereby given that(271) hard drives bearing a counterfeit trademark of the Microsoft Corporation; (105) adaptors bearing a counterfeit trademark of HDMI Licensing LLC; (75) game cubes bearing a counterfeit trademark of Seven Towns Ltd.; and, (15) flash unitswere seized in Anchorage, Alaska for violation of 19 C.F.R. § 133.21(b). Any person(s) having a claim to the described merchandise, or any part thereof, must, within 20 calendar days of the first publication of this notice, submit a written claim to the United States Customs and Border Protection, Fines, Penalties and Forfeitures Officer, 605 W. 4th Avenue, Room 230, Anchorage, Alaska99501. In addition, the claimant must deposit a cash bond equal to 10% of the value of the claimed merchandise. The bond will not exceed $5,000.00. Upon receipt of the written claim and cash bond, the seizure will be referred to the United States Attorney for the initiation of Judicial Forfeiture Proceedings.
