Contractor is required to bring a ladder to access the roof. Please meet at the front office. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 14, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. Anchorage Time at Anchorage School District, Purchasing Department, located at 4919 Van Buren Street, Anchorage, Alaska to discuss any matter concerned with this solicitation. Bids are due February 27, 2013, 2:00 p.m., Anchorage Time. Time of receipt will be as determined by the time stamp at the front desk of the Purchasing Department Building. A bid bond in the amount of 5% is required. A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required.
