Cook Inlet Housing Authority Request for Proposal Environmental Term Services RFP # 13P-DV-202 Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) will accept written proposals from qualified, responsive, licensed and insured firms for Environmental Term Services. Proposal documents will be available February 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at CIHA's main office located at 3510 Spenard Rd., Suite 100 Anchorage, Alaska or on our website at www.cookinlethousing.org. Preference will be given to Native Alaskan/American Indian, Section 3, Small-, Minority-, and Women-owned businesses. Native Alaskan/American Indian, Section 3, Small-, Minority-, and Women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. Firms requesting a preference must submit the HUD form 5369-C with its proposal. This Request for Proposal is not to be construed as a commitment of any kind nor does it commit CIHA to pay for any cost incurred in the submission of a proposal or any other incurred cost prior to the execution of a contract.
