REQUEST FOR OFFERS OF POWER AND ENERGY The Southeast Alaska Power Agency ('SEAPA') is soliciting offers of power and energy from qualified entities ('Respondents') to serve the loads of its member utilities located in Petersburg, Wrangell, and Ketchikan, Alaska. This solicitation is open to all classes of generation resources. Offers may be based on output from thermal, geothermal, wind, tidal, hydro, or any mixture of resource types and is open to any entity and resources meeting the criteria described in the complete Request for Offers of Power and Energy document, a copy of which may be downloaded from SEAPA's website at www.seapahydro.org or requested by contacting Sharon Thompson at 907/228-2281 or by email to sthompson@seapahydro.org. Respondents interested in participating must submit a Notice of Intent to Offer by April 15, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. AKDT. Published: February 6, 9, 10, 13, 15, 2013
