Hearing Notice for the Alaska Royalty Oil and Gas Development Advisory Board The Alaska Royalty Oil and Gas Development Advisory Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 1:00 PM in the Auditorium of the Noel Wien Library, 1215 Cowles Street, Fairbanks, Alaska. The Board will consider a proposal by the commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources to sell North Slope royalty oil to Flint Hill Resources Alaska, LLC under a five-year contract. The Board will determine whether this proposed royalty oil sale meets the criteria set out in AS 38.06.070. The Board will also prepare its recommendation to the Alaska Legislature at this hearing. The public is invited to attend and provide comments at the hearing or in writing. Written comments should be provided for the Board's consideration by 4:30 PM Alaska time on Friday, February 22, 2013 at the address listed below. The proposed contract and the "Best Interest Finding and Determination for the Sale of Alaska North Slope Royalty Oil to Flint Hills Resources, LLC" will soon be available from the Department of Natural Resources.
