MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH PROPOSAL #13-095P MSB School Construction Management Services The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform various levels of construction management services in support of multiple school construction and renovation projects. The selected firm will be involved throughout the design phase and construction.
