Reporter Zaz Hollander moved to Alaska in 2001 to work at the Daily News. She covered general assignment, the military and other beats in the Anchorage newsroom, then moved to the Mat-Su bureau in 2003 and currently covers growth and business there.
Before coming to the Daily News, she worked at the (Spokane, Wash.) Spokesman-Review and The Daily Astorian in Astoria, Ore.
