AACCC Adoption of the Week: Meet Chopper

Here's Anchorage Animal Care and Control's Adoption of the Week, courtesy of Brooke Taylor, public relations coordinator.

Here is Chopper, a 6 year old, neutered male, Bluetick Hound mix. Alert, inquisitive and focused, Chopper is active and energetic, and enjoys exploring and following scents on his walks and outings. He's protective of his humans, and has lived happily with a female dog and with children 11 to 15, but will be too much for small kids. He's been to doggy daycare and is kennel-trained. He'll do best in a home familiar with his breed. Chopper can be adopted for $57, as he is already neutered, which includes his MOA dog license, vaccinations, and microchip.

Adoption update: Sampson has been adopted. Delphi the cat is still looking for a home.
