To commemorate the completion of the Tanana River Crossing, the Alaska Railroad will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Salcha. The ceremony will commence at noon with a presentation and cutting of the ribbon. A barbecue and walk across the bridge will follow, along with entertainment by the Last Frontier Bluegrass.
