Troy Nkrumah presents “Libya, NATO's Failed State”

Troy Nkrumah has a Master of Arts in International Relations and a J.D. with an emphasis in Human Rights Law. He has worked for the U.N. at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, where he helped to draft international criminal law legislation. Nkrumah has traveled to Libya as part of "Dignity", a delegation for peace lead by the former congresswoman McKinney. Currently, he is  the interim executive director of a local non-profit that houses and serves the needs of ex-offenders reentering society.  At this event,  the role of diplomacy and military intervention in Libya will discussed.
