“Cold War Warriors: Eisenhower, Kennedy and Khrushchev”
The 2014 Alaska Cold War Conference committee is pleased to present Sergei Khrushchev, the keynote speaker for this two-day event . Dr. Khrushchev, who immigrated to the United States in 1991, is a U.S. citizen and Senior Fellow at the Thomas J. Watson Jr. Institute for International Studies, Brown University. In addition to his interest in Soviet history, he is also interested in the history of the Cold War, and the history of Soviet missiles and space development, in which he played an active role, from 1958 to 1968.
