The West Anchorage Eagles beat the Chugiak Mustangs in the First National Cup state championship game at the Curtis D. Menard Memorial Sports Center in Wasilla, Alaska to repeat as champions. The Eagles were led by defenseman Alex Bardsley's hat trick, including the game winner that came in the closing minutes of the third period.
