Knights Of Columbus Council Receives Top Award
Knights of Columbus Council Number 11745 of Saint Patrick's Parish has earned the distinction of Star Council, one of the organization's top awards, for the 2008-2009 fraternal year. The award recognizes overall excellence in the areas of membership recruitment and retention, promotion of the fraternal insurance program, and sponsorship of service-oriented activities. "Receiving the Star Council Award is the results of the work of a fine dedicated group of Christian men," said Cal Williams, the Grand Knight for the council.
OUTDOOR MINISTRY: Gerry Caillouet, the host of the "God's Great Outdoors" radio program will conduct his outdoor ministry conference called "The Trail to Adventure" at First Baptist Church of Anchorage, 1100 W.
