Slowly but surely the season is unfolding into one with smaller plants and later blooms. I am sure everyone is experiencing the late bloomers and cooler weather that the Alaska Botanical Garden is. Watering very deeply will help the plants mature and bloom as they should, but not when they should -- everything is three to four weeks later than normal.
