BISHOPRIC CONSECRATION: Presiding prelate Bishop Larry Trotter will officiate the consecration of C.R. Hawkins of True Vine Ministries at 10 a.m. today at Abbott Loop Community Church, 2626 Abbott Road. The event will be the first Episcopal bishopric consecration in Alaska.
