INDIAN COOKING: Create vegetarian meals and snacks from regions of India. 2-4 p.m. Saturday; $69.

CLASSIC CAKES: Learn to bake cakes and make frosting. 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday; $135.

SOUTHERN COOKING: Prepare a traditional Southern dinner of creamy mashed potatoes, pan-fried chicken, braised greens, quick bread and custard. 6-9 p.m. Tuesday; $89.

Anyone preparing meals at Alaska Dinner Factory in October will be treated to a free sample of Betty Crocker's Warm Delights Mini Molten Chocolate Cake. The microwaveable cake comes in its own single-serving bowl. The Alaska Dinner Factory, a "meal preparation kitchen," will plan, shop, chop and clean up.
