Saute and Fry: Learn techniques to saute, stir-fry, pan-fry or deep-fry. Make hazelnut-crusted chicken, vegetable stir-fry, pan-fried fish and pommes frites. 6-8 p.m. Thursday; $59.
Pasta Party: Make homemade pasta dough from scratch and learn to roll, shape and cook the pasta with assorted sauces. For ages 10 and up. 6-9 p.m. Friday; $69
Classic Steak: Work with crabmeat, pan-sear and roast filet mignon, making a classic French sauce, stuff potatoes, roast vegetables and flambe a dessert. 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday; $109.
Tuscan Dinner: Make tomato soup, cheese crisps, mushroom risotto, oven-roasted chicken with lemon and white wine sauce and baked pears with Marsala custard. 11 a.m.-2 p.m. March 4; $109.

Pick up organic produce from Full Circle Farm from 3-7 p.m. Wednesdays at the Alaska Dinner Factory, 5905 Lake Otis Parkway, Unit E or Thursdays at Super Suppers, 9220 Lake Otis Parkway, Suite A2.
