What: The first phase of Aurora Square Townhomes will be an eight-plex consisting of two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet. Design features include floor-to-ceiling windows, rooftop terraces, counter tops made from recycled material, sustainable flooring made of bamboo and extra-deep garages. Another highlight will be a rain garden in the center of the project that will gather and recycle storm water rather than channeling it into the sewer system. This marks the first of four proposed townhome complexes -- similar in style and design -- in this medium-density-population area.
