Denali Alaskan Federal Credit Union hired Joe Crosson III as chief lending officer. He is responsible for overseeing all lending functions for the credit union, including commercial lending, member business lending and loan control operations. Crosson will also be responsible for the continued growth and development of each department, and is charged with new product and service development. Crosson has more than 20 years experience in the financial industry, primarily focused on commercial banking. He has developed and managed business and commercial real estate loan portfolios for several banks in Alaska, most recently at Wells Fargo. He was also a project manager for the Anchorage Economic Development Corp. in the early 1990s, and was a manager at Public Knowledge Systems, an Anchorage-based software company.

Doug Van Etten joined the real estate sales and marketing team at Keller-Williams Realty. Van Etten has been working with home buyers and sellers in the local real estate market since 1992. He transferred to K-W from another major real estate firm in Anchorage and also spent a recent year working as a mortgage loan originator.

Lincoln Financial Advisors, the client advisory arm of Lincoln Financial Group, announced that David Stratton earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor professional designation. The CRPC designation achieved by Stratton is the result of studying a rigorous series of retirement planning topics, followed by a thorough examination. It is administered by the College for Financial Planning, which has been educating the nation's top financial advisers since 1972.
