KeyBank recently hired Cheryl Bailey as business banking relationship manager. She provides financial solutions to business clients, maintains existing client relationships and develops new business. Bailey has more than 17 years of banking experience. She has held positions in consumer lending, small business, and commercial banking. Most recently, she managed commercial banking account portfolios at Wells Fargo.
R&M Consultants Inc. has announced that Tim Grier, P.E. was named group manager of surface transportation. In this role, he will promote relationships with existing and new clients. He has been an R&M employee since April 2007. Grier holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Michelle Colby was named group manager of right of way services. She will promote relationships with existing and new clients. Michelle joined the R&M team three years ago and has more than 13 years of real estate experience. Both Grier and Colby will recruit, manage project work, coordinate staff, and assure quality work from their respective staffs.
Angela Freeman and Glenna Hartman have been promoted to vice president positions with Northrim Bank. Freeman is vice president, small business and consumer loan manager and training manager, and is responsible for working with small business loan officers and retail branch managers to increase the bank's loan portfolio. She has 10 years of financial industry experience. Hartman is vice president, credit administration officer and is responsible for the writing and dissemination of loan policies and procedures. She also provides administrative, supervisory, and collection activity support within the Credit Administration Department. Hartman has 18 years of banking experience.
