Michael Hook has joined Northrim Bank's credit administration department. Hook is the vice president, credit administration officer and is responsible for managing commercial, commercial real estate and real estate development relationships. He has 35 years in banking and finance in Alaska. Before joining Northrim after a three-year retirement from banking, he worked for Key Bank for 13 years in the special assets group handling middle market relationships. Hook holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Washington University.
Holly C. Suozzo has joined the firm of Birch Horton Bittner & Cherot as an associate attorney. Suozzo received her J.D. degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 2004 and from Colby College with a B.A. in Anthropology and East Asian Studies in 1999. Suozzo's practice at Birch Horton focuses on government and labor and employment law.
Suozzo previously practiced with the Anchorage office of K&L Gates.
