Sara Pfau recently joined ECI/Hyer Architecture and Interiors. Pfau received a bachelor's degree in architecture in 2007 from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago after graduating with honors. Pfau's recent Alaska experience includes construction documents for the University of Alaska Anchorage's new parking facility.

Stacey Horn and Kelly Lykins-Longlet have been promoted to vice president and Sean Christian and Latosha Dickinson were named assistant vice president with Northrim Bank. Horn is vice president, credit administration officer, responsible for managing loan reviews for the bank and being the administrator of lending support software and applications. Lykins-Longlet is vice president, risk management officer and is responsible for effectively analyzing and reporting Northrim Bank's risk position and exposure, coordinating and administering the bank's Contingency Program and Vendor Relationship Program. Christian is assistant vice president, strategic and planning manager and is responsible for budgeting and asset/liability models. He has nine years of banking and finance experience, including the last three at Northrim. Dickinson is assistant vice president, assistant controller and is responsible for preparing all monthly financial statements and reports as well as quarterly and annual SEC financial reports. She also manages the bank's investments and investment system.

Alaska Health and Social Services Commissioner Bill Hogan today announced that Patrick Hefley has been appointed deputy commissioner of family, community and integrated services. Hefley has worked for nearly two decades as the director of the Behavioral Health Services Division for the SouthEast Regional Health Consortium. Hefley is responsible for providing oversight to Pioneer Homes, Public Assistance, Behavioral Health, Senior and Disabilities Services, Juvenile Justice and the Office of Children's Services, as well as the Office of Faith Based and Community Initiatives.

Michael L. Browder Sr. recently joined Cook Inlet Housing Authority as vice president, housing operations. Browder brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, with strong emphases in asset and property management of subsidized multi-family housing. Browder oversees the management and administration of the Housing Services and Rental Properties departments.
