First National Bank Alaska’s board named Michele Pendergraft Dimond branch manager and Beverly Boyd Parkway branch manager. Pendergraft moved to Dimond branch from her previous position as Parkway branch manager. Pendergraft has more than 27 years of experience at First National. Boyd moved to Parkway branch from her most recent position as Federal branch manager, where she worked for five years. Boyd has 28 years of experience at First National.

Northern Air Cargo announces changes within their management structure. Two existing directors, Wallace Niles and David Squier have joined NAC’s executive management team. Niles, the new vice president of Flight Operations, rejoined Northern Air Cargo in May of this year as the director of flight operations. He will continue in his role to oversee all aspects of NAC’s flight operations. The new vice president of cargo services, Squier has been with NAC for almost a year as their director of Cargo Services. Squier came to NAC with over 23 years of experience in the Alaska Aviation industry. NAC’s new director of sales is Mark Liland, who has been an account manager with NAC for almost three years. He will oversee a sales team covering much of the state.

Mike Shaw, vice president of Roger Hickel Contracting Inc. has been named chief operating officer. Mike will be responsible for all daily operations of the company. Shaw joined RHC in 2004 and has been estimating and managing jobs throughout Alaska. Roger Hickel remains the president and chief executive officer.

Kelly Jo McGee recently joined USTravel as a leisure travel consultant. With over 30 years of travel industry experience, Kelly Jo has worked in airline reservations, Alaska tour planning, as an instructor at the Travel Academy, and as a travel agent. Her specialty is planning cruise vacations.
