Carlile Transportation Systems announces that Joe Fey was promoted to Alaska sales manager. Fey will oversee the Alaska sales team and operations and work closely with the Carlile national sales members. Darrin Semeniuk, who previously held the position, has moved to Houston, Texas, to manage the sales and customer relations operations for the Houston terminal. Fey has been employed with Carlile for eleven years, and has sales experience in Kenai, Seward, Kodiak and Anchorage. He has been an Alaska resident for almost 25 years.

First National Bank Alaska's board of directors named Karlyn Moyer the Federal Branch manager. Moyer has nearly 12 years of banking experience, most recently as operations supervisor at Muldoon Branch. "I am very excited to begin my new position as branch manager and to continue creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers," said Moyer. Before moving to Alaska in 1993, Moyer served in the Air Force and is now a proud life member of the Disabled American Veterans organization.

Alfred Ferrara III has been admitted as a member of the National Institute of Business Appraisers. He has been a certified general and residential appraiser since 1992. Ferrara is the owner and managing appraiser of Alaska 1st Appraisals.
