CRW Engineering Group is expanding its traffic and transportation capabilities, as Wende Wilber, AICP, received certification as Alaska's only certified professional transportation planner. Rebecca Campbell, PE, also received her professional traffic operations engineer certification, and Matthew Edge, PE, became certified by the International Municipal Signal Association as a work zone traffic safety specialist. Wilber is one of only 229 planners certified in the United States, and she is also certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners and the International Association for Public Participation. Campbell is one of only five PTOEs in Alaska. Campbell has worked on numerous transportation projects in Anchorage, including Patterson Street, 88th Avenue and Lore Road. Edge is a project manager and construction administrator for water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, and roadway and drainage improvement projects.
