WASILLA -- Alaska State Troopers are investigating a Wasilla man's fatal fall from an apartment balcony.
A 911 caller at 3:20 p.m. Sunday reported two men were fighting on the balcony when the balcony rail broke and 58-year-old Clyde Bozarth fell about 10 feet to the pavement below, troopers said. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on North Via Tranquilla Drive in Wasilla.
Bozarth suffered a fatal head injury, troopers said. He was initially transported to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center, then to Alaska Regional Hospital. Troopers said they were notified at 11:12 p.m. that Bozarth had died.
An investigation continues. Troopers are not releasing the name of the other man involved in the fight. No charges had been filed Monday.
