Authorities say 49-year-old Alisa Kirby of Salcha entered the North Pole branch of Key Bank and ordered two tellers to stay on the ground until police arrived. The criminal complaint says the woman, who had no criminal record, did not demand money but instead "ranted" about how the police did not help with her domestic-violence situation.

When officers did not immediately arrive, Kirby directed the tellers to the back of the bank at gunpoint, then eventually left. Police arrested her a few days later.
